("G-Space," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation headquartered in California, is committed to protecting the privacy of our users ("you" or "user") and provides this Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use the G-Space Real-time Analytics Platform (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you expressly consent to the practices described herein. This Privacy Policy serves as our Notice at Collection under California law. The Platform is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@g-space.com so we can delete such information.
G-Space operates globally and may transfer, store, and process your information in the United States or any country where we maintain facilities or service providers. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of information to countries that may have different data protection rules than your country. G-Space will ensure appropriate safeguards for international transfers as required by applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Privacy Policy means that you accept and agree to the changes.

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Delaware. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
